Machining to suit the geometry and function of your part
CNC turning
Rotational parts, shafts, flanges and components with cylindrical surfaces or bores. Nominal capacities: 305 mm chuck, maximum diameter 533 mm and maximum length 660 mm; up to 3,200 rpm, 29.8 kW and maximum torque 576 Nm. Feasibility depends on workholding and the drawing.
CNC milling
Plates, bodies, housings, plastic injection moulds and components with pockets, slots and holes. H7 bore requirements are reviewed against the drawing, material and geometry. Available configurations have 3-axis travels of 762 × 406 × 508 mm and 1,016 × 508 × 635 mm; maximum spindle speed 8,100 rpm. These describe machine capacities; the part envelope is checked separately.
3D design and prototyping
A sketch or functional requirement can be the starting point for 3D modelling and a mechanical prototype. Send dimensions, the part’s function and interfaces with other components. Material, documentation and required checks are agreed before manufacturing.

APPLICATIONS
What should I send for a machining quotation?+
Upload a STEP / STP model and dimensioned PDF drawing when available. Specify material grade, quantity, known stock dimensions, tolerances, threads and required surface roughness. If you only have a sketch, request 3D design.
Does machine capacity define the maximum size of every part?+
No. Nominal travels and limits help select the process. Workholding, tooling, geometry and surface access determine the actual machinable envelope; each part is confirmed before quoting.
Do machining requests receive an instant price?+
Pricing follows technical review. Your selected operation and requirements are saved in the request and PDF. A laser cutting estimate does not automatically include turning, milling or design.
Can I combine turning and milling?+
Yes. Select “CNC turning + milling” for the same part. For a project that also includes cutting, bending or welding, choose “Other operations / mixed project” and describe every operation in the technical requirements.
