Dimensioning a shaft
Define diameters, step lengths, grooves, threads and mating surfaces. Specify fits and runout or concentricity requirements relative to the drawing datums. Special profiles are reviewed separately; not every visible feature on a part is produced by basic turning.
Documentation for your component
Send a PDF drawing and STEP model, material grade, quantity and stock condition. Include milling operations, treatments or required protection. The feasibility of each profile and manufacturing conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
