CNC bending for brackets, enclosures and profiles
CNC press brake bending produces sheet metal brackets, supports, enclosures and custom profiles to your drawing. Material, thickness, bend length, radius and angle are reviewed together. Feasibility is confirmed individually; laser cutting thickness limits do not automatically describe bending capacity.
Laser cutting and bending in one enquiry
A bent part starts with a suitable flat pattern. We review the final model, bend allowances and tool access before confirmation. Identify functional dimensions, visible surfaces and any stainless steel protection requirements. Cutting and bending are then evaluated as operations on the same part.
What affects the bending price
The number and sequence of bends, material, thickness, quantity and tooling preparation contribute to the quote. Send the STEP file and dimensioned PDF, with a DXF if available. Selecting bending sends the project for technical review; an instant cutting estimate is not the complete price of a bent part.
APPLICATIONS
Is a flat DXF enough?+
For bending, we also need the final shape: a 3D model or drawing with views, angles and dimensions. A DXF alone does not describe every bend direction.
Is bending included in the instant price?+
Not in this version. Select “Laser + bending” and save your request for review of the flat pattern, tool access and operations.
Can you work from my drawing?+
Yes, your drawing is the starting point. Any changes required for production are discussed before manufacturing is confirmed.
