Powder coating and RAL colours
Powder coating completes the metal fabrication process with the finish selected for your project. Specify the RAL colour, gloss and texture for your quotation: together they describe the desired appearance. Powder availability and the suitability of the coating system are confirmed for each enquiry.
Parts for indoor or outdoor use
State the service environment and the condition of the parts before coating. Surface preparation and the protective system are selected according to the material and project requirements. Mark threads, contact surfaces and areas that must remain uncoated on the drawing to define the necessary masking.
Powder coating prices and complete projects
Dimensions, coated surface area, quantity, preparation, colour and masking affect the quotation. Send the drawing and finish requirements for review. Coating can be requested together with laser cutting, CNC bending and welding; the final price for all operations is confirmed after technical review.
APPLICATIONS
Is a RAL code enough?+
The code identifies the colour. Also specify gloss, texture, indoor or outdoor use and visually important surfaces. We confirm the specification together.
Which areas may need masking?+
Threads, contact surfaces and areas with special dimensional requirements should be marked on the drawing. Masking is agreed for each part.
Is coating included in the automatic estimate?+
No. Selecting “Additional operations” routes the request to technical review. Add the colour, quantity and finishing requirements in the notes.
