From sheet metal to parts and assemblies
A project may include cut panels, bent brackets, enclosures, frames and subassemblies. Before quoting, we review the flat patterns, bend lines, joints and assembly access together. If the assembly contains machined components, include the drawings for turned or milled parts as well.
Welding and finishing planned together
Specify joints, appearance requirements and surfaces visible after assembly. The choice of laser, MIG/MAG or TIG welding depends on material, thickness and geometry. For powder coating, state the RAL colour, texture, service environment and masking areas. Identify threads and mating surfaces before finishing.
A complete enquiry, including international projects
Send the parts list, quantities, material grades, drawings at a consistent revision and your requested delivery date. For delivery outside Romania, include the destination country, postcode and packaging requirements. Transport arrangements, costs and lead time are agreed in the quotation after project review. Technical enquiries can be handled in English or Romanian.

You can request one operation or a project combining cutting, bending, welding and finishing. List every required operation and mark the final requirements on the drawing.
Which files are needed for bent sheet metal?+
Send a STEP model and a PDF showing thickness, angles, radii and functional dimensions. Include the flat-pattern DXF if available; it is reviewed before cutting.
