Steel, stainless steel and aluminium laser cutting
We provide CNC laser cutting for plates, flanges, brackets, panels and metal fabrication components. We process steel up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and aluminium up to 6 mm on a 3,000 × 1,500 mm sheet format. The actual part envelope is reviewed against orientation and process margins.
One-off parts, prototypes and production runs
Request a single part or several components in one order. Specify material, thickness and quantity for each drawing. If parts will be bent, welded or coated, include an assembly drawing or 3D model so the operations can be coordinated before manufacturing.
Laser cutting price and online quotations
Price depends on material, thickness, cutting length, cut-outs, quantity and job preparation. Upload a DXF for an estimate of eligible combinations: 2 mm S235 and 5, 6 or 8 mm S355. Other materials and operations require technical review. The minimum is €50 for the whole order, excluding VAT and shipping.
APPLICATIONS
What files can I send?+
Use DXF for 2D geometry; STEP, DWG and PDF for technical review. Include material, thickness, quantity and any required tolerances.
Will I get an instant price?+
For an eligible DXF in the calibrated combinations: 2 mm S235 and 5, 6 or 8 mm S355. Other combinations require technical review. A firm quote follows CAM review.
Does a 3,000 × 1,500 mm part automatically fit?+
No. Nominal sheet size is not the maximum size of every part. We check orientation, process margins and cutting requirements.
