Sheet format is not automatically the maximum part size. Orientation, process margins and manufacturing requirements are reviewed.
Alloy and material temper
State the EN AW alloy and temper when defined by the design. This matters especially when the part will be bent, welded or machined after cutting. We do not automatically substitute alloys. Availability, material documentation and compatibility with your requirements are confirmed before order acceptance.
Holes, edges and mounting surfaces
Identify functional holes and surfaces and state their required tolerances. A DXF outline alone does not specify a thread, countersink or surface roughness. Add a PDF drawing and notes for these operations. Small holes, narrow bridges and features close to bends need review against thickness and part geometry.
Laser cutting or machining?
Laser cutting can define the outline and cut-outs of a flat sheet part. Pockets, steps, recesses or depth-machined surfaces may require milling. Send the complete model and describe the finished shape so the operation sequence can be defined. An estimate for one operation is not the price of a fully finished part.

Frequently asked questions
What is your maximum aluminium cutting thickness?+
We laser-cut aluminium up to 6 mm on a nominal 3,000 × 1,500 mm sheet. Alloy, geometry and part requirements are reviewed before manufacturing.
Can every laser-cut aluminium part be bent?+
Not automatically. Alloy, temper, thickness, radius and tooling access need review against the finished model. Include STEP and PDF for assessment.
