Account and use
Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. Your account is intended for managing your projects. Do not upload malicious files or documents you are not entitled to use. Contact us to close an account.
Uploads and data extraction
Accepted formats are DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP/STP and unencrypted ZIP/RAR/7Z archives: up to 10 MB per file or archive, 20 files per request and 40 MB expanded. Nested archives are not extracted. Quantity, material and thickness found in filenames or text are suggestions, not guaranteed data. Customers check them against the drawing and confirm the values. Scanned PDFs, incompatible files and conflicting information need manual completion or technical review.
Pricing, minimum and VIP
The minimum is EUR 50 per complete order, excluding VAT and delivery, including after the VIP discount. Part values, discount and minimum adjustment are shown separately. Confirmed newsletter subscribers qualify for 5% off quoted part values; the discount cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to VAT or delivery. Parts without a price have no firm total yet. Estimates remain valid for 30 days on the saved configuration; changes may require recalculation.
Capacity and automated estimates
Working format: 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Maximum thickness: steel 12 mm, stainless steel 8 mm, aluminium 6 mm. Orientation and process margins are reviewed in CAM. Instant calculations use historical Radquote references for eligible 2 mm S235 and 5, 6 or 8 mm S355 DXF files. They are not a RADAN engine run. Other combinations, bending, welding and finishing require review. Capacity limits cannot be automatically waived by omitting a requirement.
Holes, bending and design changes
Automated review flags recognised circular DXF holes smaller than sheet thickness and, where marked bend lines exist, clearances below the indicative 3 × thickness threshold. These checks do not cover every geometry or risk. Required bend clearance depends on material, radius, tooling and process. Customers can retain requirements for review, request a quote without identified holes, permit a design-change review or exclude a part. The choice is recorded in the PDF. Original drawings are not automatically changed, and a revision requires separate customer approval before manufacture.
Quotation confirmation
Saving retains the request and makes the PDF available. The confirmation button records acceptance of the configuration and requests sending the quotation and files to info@lasermet.ro. The site distinguishes sent email from pending delivery. Large files may use private links expiring after 14 days. Customer confirmation is not automatic acceptance by LaserMet and does not release production. Firm price, lead time, payment, delivery and the approved drawing are confirmed separately in writing. No payments are collected on the site.
Responsibilities and applicable rights
Customers provide functional requirements, tolerances, material, finish and the necessary documentation. LaserMet reviews feasibility before accepting manufacture. The absence of an automated warning is not technical approval, structural verification or certification. Final order terms, including any mandatory consumer rights, are provided before contracting and are not waived by these conditions. For questions or complaints contact info@lasermet.ro.
